The Advanced course provides the groundwork for the skills required to build a full Lua scripting-based control system in a hands-on Q-SYS environment. Attendees who are already familiar with the fundamentals of scripting will learn how to use Lua to control Q-SYS and facilitate two-way communication with third-party control devices. This course builds a dynamic control system by exploring scalable coding principles and best-practice techniques that can be applied to much larger installations, and is intended for attendees who have either already completed the Intermediate course, or who already have some experience with coding languages.
