Foreign, we had a university approach us, and, um, you know, it was full of legacy AV systems.

And so they knew, obviously post-COVID, it was time for a refresh.

So, we started demoing just the general family of products,

the cameras, the touch screens, the audio DSP.

And then we showed the web hook demo where you can ask for tech support via the touch panel,

and it sends a web hook over to Microsoft Teams.

And that was the big selling point for them,

demonstrating to them that they could have the ability to receive a tech support ticket,

potentially even repair the room from a remote facility,

or at least just have kind of eyes on the problem

before they dispatched a technician out was invaluable to them.

We thought we were kind of going out on a limb with Reflect in the first place,

but it turns out that that was by far the most major part of the demo.

Big learning lesson for me.

Now, any job that gets quoted, any job that we're talking about,

we're pitching Reflect, letting people know it's a powerful tool to monitor your systems.
